Eligibility for Returns

  • Shoes must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchange Policy

  • Size or style exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.
  • Exchanges can only be processed once per order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us following the instructions provided.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
